Scott Baker, PLA, is the Founding Principal at RELM. A steadfast champion of cities, his designs synthesize complexity through distilling what’s needed to make a district thrive adeptly by reconciling site systems, circulation, mobility, and economics. He’s experienced working on large-scale TOD commissions including: District NOHO, Crenshaw Crossing, and Ivy Station. He has been intimately involved in LA Metro’s transit expansion across the Southland for over two decades and led My Figueroa’s Vision Zero project which introduced the first protected bike lane in LA. Scott sits on ULI’s Urban Revitalization Council.
