Wendy Broley is an Executive Vice President, leading Brown and Caldwell’s private sector business unit. Her career has focused on technical leadership, advancing integration, One Water planning, and water reliability and resilience. As a licensed professional engineer with a background in reuse planning and operations, Wendy has worked with private sector and municipal agencies over the past 25 years to implement alternative water supplies and contribute to resilient portfolios. Wendy is also the Executive Director for the California Urban Water Agencies, where she’s helped inform California water policy related to reuse, One Water, affordability and accessibility.
