Nick Saponara is the Executive Officer of Transit Oriented Communities at LA Metro where he oversees a wide range of programs, projects, and policies to foster vibrant communities around Metro’s growing transit system. These initiatives include Metro’s commitment to develop 10,000 Homes on Metro property through joint development partnerships, as well as investments in land use, economic development and active transportation. Mr. Saponara holds Masters degrees in Urban Planning and Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Syracuse University. He is active member of the Urban Land Institute.
