Mary is a landscape architect who believes LAs have the ideal skill-set to protect the places we love from the impacts of carbon pollution.
Her work spans landscape architecture, clean energy, and communications. She holds an MLA from the University of Virginia and has worked on award-winning projects, including Michelle Obama's White House Kitchen Garden and The President's House at UVA. Her years in clean energy communications cemented her belief that what we say is almost as important as what we do. She's the founder of Quite Contrary Studios and serves on the ASLA Climate & Biodiversity Action Committee.
