Landscape Designer
Waggoner & Ball
Madeline Kirschner is a landscape designer at Waggoner & Ball, where she focuses on crafting nature-based solutions that celebrate the rich ecological and cultural landscapes of the Gulf South. As a student, she deepened her engagement with the profession serving on the ASLA Board of Trustees, co-chairing the Climate Action Committee, and participating in Advocacy Days. These experiences reinforced her understanding of how large-scale planning efforts translate into tangible, site-specific design solutions. Madeline has worked on waterfront parks, affordable housing, and playgrounds, and brings her passion for resilient, community driven design to the Waggonner & Ball team.
