The Tammany Trace, originally part of the Illinois Central Railroad, is 31-mile multimodal trail connecting downtown Covington through Slidell. Join us for a bike ride along the Trace as we pass through Mandeville, linking three proposed community parks featuring adaptive reuse of a former landfill, reconnection of a culverted historic bayou, and habitat restoration.
Experience an exclusive, hands-on field session—limited to just 20 participants. Includes transportation, bike and helmet rental.
Accessibility: This bike tour requires participants to be comfortable riding on a flat bike path and street.
