Jim boasts extensive experience in both on-site and campus-wide sustainable infrastructure projects. His expertise spans a diverse range of project types, including institutional, open space, residential, and mixed-use developments. Jim provides invaluable thought leadership and project management support, with particular focus on overseeing and developing master planning concepts related to water, stormwater management, and site layouts. He has successfully advanced many of these concepts through design and construction administration, managing direct coordination with project architects, landscape architects, and planners. This collaboration ensures that project goals are evaluated and achieved, phasing and permitting tracks are identified, and client needs are met.
