As National Director of Capital Projects, Jen Isacoff provides operational leadership and support for TPL’s park, trail, and schoolyard projects. She partners with teams nationwide to strengthen practices, implement strategic priorities, and support their work to expand equitable outdoor access for communities. Jen has over 30 years of placemaking experience focused on public-private partnerships and community-engaged planning and design. Her nonprofit leadership has shaped community-centered planning, project development, and impact funding. Before joining TPL, she worked in private consulting, developing urban parks, public spaces, and design guidelines for municipal, institutional, and corporate clients across diverse communities and settings nationwide.
