Lena Ferguson, AICP is a Project Director in NYCEDC's Capital Program division, where she manages design and construction for civic greenway and public realm projects, including 107th St. Pier & Bobby Wagner Walk Reconstruction, Coney Island Boardwalk Reconstruction, and QueensWay Metropolitan Hub. Ferguson has worked at NYCEDC since 2018, and was part of the Neighborhood Strategies department within the Planning division before joining the Capital Program division in 2025. She has a Master in Urban Planning from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design and an undergraduate degree in Growth and Structure of Cities from Bryn Mawr College.
