She leads the People, Places & Practice Learning Hub – offering technical assistance and capacity building services to cities and communities for expanding equitable access to the outdoors. Jen has over 30 years’ placemaking experience with focus on public-private partnerships and community engagement in planning and design. Her national nonprofit leadership influences community-centered planning, park and schoolyard project development, and impact funding. Prior to TPL, Jen worked in private consulting to develop parks, public spaces and design guidelines for implementation in municipal, institutional and corporate settings.
