Roberto Rovira is Principal of Studio Roberto Rovira, Professor and former Chair of Landscape Architecture + Environmental and Urban Design at Florida International University. A registered landscape architect with over 24 years of experience, his work spans installations, urban parks, cultural landscapes, public art, exhibits, and publications exploring landscape’s role in shaping public space. His projects have received more than 13 national and international honors, including the Architectural League’s Emerging Voice Award, Fast Company’s World Changing Ideas, AIA Miami Landscape Architect of the Year, CELA Outstanding Educator, and ASLA national and state awards. He is past President of LAF.
