Michael Dobrzycki, Disneyland Creative Director, began his Disney career in 1994, spending 16 years in Entertainment as a performer and scenic fabrication artisan, earning induction into the Disneyland Entertainment Hall of Fame in 2001. He joined Imagineering in 2011, contributing to Radiator Springs Racers, later serving as Art Director on projects including the Frozen addition to Storybook Land Canal Boats and Season of the Force. Named Environmental Champion of the Year in 2024, he became Creative Director for Disneyland Park. Michael is also a Kennedy Center Award–winning theatrical poster designer, creating or adapting six Disneyland attraction posters.
