Ishita is an Urban Designer and Planner, working on projects that have a direct impact on our communities. Her work constitutes conceptual design and planning studies for a variety of projects, through an inclusive and transparent engagement process. Her projects include the AIA national award-winner Snug Harbor Plan and Union Square Vision Plan, among others.

Ishita is an active participant in the NYC’s civic-design community and strives to advance equity in our built environment. She was recently named 40 Under 40 by BD+C Magazine, and featured in the book Greatness: Diverse Designers of Architecture, in addition to other recognitions.
