Anna Cawrse is a landscape architect and partner at Sasaki known for her inclusive, community-driven approach to public space design. As the first woman to serve as Chair of Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, and Ecology, she leads projects that connect people to nature and to one another. Her work spans regional parks and neighborhood spaces, with a focus on equity, resilience, and meaningful engagement. Notable projects include the Arboretum San Antonio, the Santa Monica Airport Conversion, the Lake Monona Waterfront, and Dumke Arts Plaza. Anna holds degrees from the Harvard Graduate School of Design and Colorado State University.
