Eduardo M. Llinás is the Alliance for Paseo Park’s Director of Engagement with over 15 years of experience delivering public realm and civic projects focused in New York and Puerto Rico. He specializes in complex, multi stakeholder processes with NYC Parks, DDC, DOT, HRPT, DEP, community boards, and local organizations, aligning design intent, technical requirements, and community priorities. Eduardo holds a Master of Architecture in Urban Design from Harvard Graduate School of Design and is a Fellow at Urban Design Forum. He is also a co-author of Sapphire Necklace, a climate resilience proposal for the San Juan Bay Estuary watershed.
