Maria Landoni, PLA, has over fifteen years of experience in urban design, horticulture, and planning. Having grown up and studied in Patagonia and Buenos Aires, Argentina, and worked in the U.S. for over 20 years, she brings a culturally informed aesthetic to complex design challenges. As VP of Advocacy for ASLA's Prairie Gateway Chapter and member of ASLA's Biodiversity & Climate Action Committee, Maria champions ecological infrastructure and climate solutions. She has led prominent projects ranging from civic and tech campuses to botanical gardens and urban landscapes, remaining attentive to the social and physical contexts in which landscapes reside.
