Margaret A. Carson, PhD (Ohkay Owingeh) is a Native Affairs Analyst with the National Park Service's Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) Competitive Programs Office, where she leads national Tribal and Indigenous engagement efforts. Her work focuses on increasing access to outdoor recreation funding for Indigenous people, strengthening Tribal consultation practices, and supporting Indigenous-led conservation and community development projects.
