Dillon, a Partner at OJB with over 19 years at the firm, he began his career there in 2006 after earning a B.S. in Landscape Architecture from Cal Poly Pomona. He has advanced from Associate to Partner while leading projects across creative workplace, mixed‑use, retail, and urban design in the U.S. and Mexico. Known as a sought‑after collaborator, he works closely with leading architects. Dillon’s design approach centers on the natural and social context of place, with a cohesive focus on planting design, sense‑of‑place, and environmental responsibility.
