Stephen Nelson

Mr. Nelson joined SWBNO in January of 2023. As general Superintendent Steve is responsible for the sewer, water, and paving repairs completed by SWBNO personnel, design and construction engineering, and water purification as well as sewer collection, conveyance, and treatment, and storm water management including collection, transmission, and pumping. Prior to serving the Sewerage and Water Board Steve worked as a Civil Engineering Consultant serving customers from South Carolina to Seattle. He received a Bachelors in civil engineering as well as a Masters in Environmental Engineering from Washington State University.
