Sean Higgins is a Senior Project Manager and registered architect with over 15 years of experience in design, real estate development, and construction. He manages projects from planning and entitlement through construction and delivery. Before joining GFP, he led major developments, including Wildflower Studios, the world’s first vertically integrated TV and film campus. He is currently working with Lincoln Center on the West Project, which introduces a new outdoor performance venue, expands park space, and opens the campus along Amsterdam Avenue. Sean holds a Bachelor of Architecture and is passionate about advancing thoughtful, impactful design.
