Jack Jordan serves as the first-ever Executive Director of Climate Action Evanston, a grassroots organization focused on accelerating tangible, community-driven actions on the root causes and destabilizing symptoms of the planet's climate crisis. In his role, Jack creates accessible pathways for community participation in issues of energy, environmental justice, local food, habitat, waste and transportation. Prior to Climate Action Evanston, Jack worked at the renewable energy developer Invenergy. When he isn't working, you can find Jack utilizing Chicago’s extensive Divvy bike share system and giving tours on the Chicago River as a volunteer docent with the Chicago Architecture Center.
