Pamela Brief, ASLA, PLA, is President and Founder of Pamela Studios and the Academic Administrator for the UCLA Extension Landscape Architecture Program. With over 30 years of experience, Pamela designs spaces that optimize visitor engagement while actively preserving local environments and community health. An accomplished designer, manager, and collaborator, she is deeply committed to mentoring students and emerging professionals.

Beyond practice, Pamela is a dedicated advocate. In 2020, Governor Newsom appointed her to the California Landscape Architects Technical Committee (LATC), where she currently serves as Chair. She actively contributes to public and industry through leadership positions across multiple ASLA committees.
