Kelly Leilani Main is the Executive Director and Founder of Buy-In Community Planning, a national 501c3 organization providing relocation services for communities on the frontlines of irreversible climate impacts through its Community Partners Program (CPP). Before founding Buy-In, Kelly worked as a planner, designer, and geospatial analyst at the intersection of climate adaptation planning and rights-driven relocation policy both in the US and internationally Kelly has a Masters in City Planning from MIT DUSP and is currently a PhD student of Landscape Architecture and Environmental Planning at UC Berkeley where her research focuses on decolonizing wetland restoration.
