Holly White, AICP, CFM is a Resilience Planner with the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality. She has also served as a Resilience Planner with the North Carolina Office of Recovery and Resiliency, Principal Planner with the Town Nags Head, NC, and Senior Planner with Currituck County, NC. Holly is passionate about working at the intersection of people, communities, and environmental issues, with expertise in community planning, partnership building, floodplain management, water management, and resiliency. Holly holds a BS in Urban and Regional Planning with a concentration in Coastal and Environmental Planning from East Carolina University.
