Fred Ogram, ASLA, PLA, is an award-winning Landscape Architect with over 35 years of experience specializing in landscape architecture, design-build, and industrial design, with a focus on elevated highrise projects featuring innovative outdoor living environments. Licensed in Arizona, California, Idaho, Washington, and Montana, Fred delivers visionary designs for luxury resorts, pools, spas, water features, urban planning, and placemaking, seamlessly blending artistic innovation with technical precision. He believes that at the root of all Landscape Architects is a proud history of design-build, where designers actively built their creations, a tradition he upholds in his practice.

As Vice President of Design & Innovation at Bradford Aquatic Group, Fred leads a dynamic design studio, driving excellence in international design-build projects, particularly elevated highrise developments with sophisticated, sustainable outdoor spaces. His leadership extends to prominent roles in the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA), including the Professional Practice Committee on Design-Build since 2019, and as Chairman of the Idaho State Board of Landscape Architects (2007–2018) and Idaho Delegate for the Council of Landscape Architectural Registration Boards (CLARB). Fred’s contributions to urban forestry and public art further demonstrate his commitment to advancing community-driven, impactful designs.
