Csanyi (pronounced: Cha-nee) is a wildlife ecologist based in Oregon with a background in renewable natural resources and wildlife ecology from Louisiana State University. Originally from Louisiana, her passion for teaching, outreach, and botany led her to work as a Coastal Prairie Specialist and later on vegetation research and helicopter deer captures in Texas. Now in Oregon, she collaborates with the Department of Fish and Wildlife on deer research, bringing a deep understanding of ecology and a commitment to community-centered conservation.
