Andy is a Principal at Waggonner & Ball, Moffatt & Nichol's in-house design practice at the intersection of architecture, landscape, and planning. He focuses on creative solutions that reveal the character of place and integrate issues of climate, nature, economy, and people. Andy has played an integral role developing the firm’s Living With Water® approach to adaptation in New Orleans, Houston, and Charleston, efforts that have set a national standard for collaborative practice. He was a lead author of the Greater New Orleans Urban Water Plan and the Charleston Water Plan, which catalyzed regional shifts towards resilient water management.
