Marissa is a campus planner with a passion for problem-solving in complex, changing, and challenging conditions. Marissa oversees campus planning and design at UC Berkeley through master plans, capital project development and entitlement, and design guidelines. She is also interested in process improvements and policies that clarify project and plan implementation. Her approach to planning focuses on the nexus of integrated planning, thoughtful design, and measured pragmatism, with the goal of producing usable and actionable plans. Marissa received a Master of Architecture, Master of City Planning, and Bachelor of Science in Urban Studies and Planning from MIT.
