Christian Moore, ASLA, is a member of the Planting Design Studio at Hoerr Schaudt and is based in Detroit, Michigan. He uses the tools of landscape architecture to explore plant behavior, novel ecosystem design, and the ways in which plants inhabit, transform, and define human-made environments. Moore is a graduate of the BSLA program at Ohio State where he was a 2019 LAF National Olmsted Scholar Finalist. Prior to joining Hoerr Schaudt, Moore was the staff planting designer for Ruderal in Tbilisi, Republic of Georgia, and is the current Midwest Landscape Lab Research Fellow at Ohio State.
