Grace Tang, Program Director at NYC Parks, manages climate resiliency initiatives across New York City, including the Lower Manhattan Coastal Resiliency (LMCR) portfolio of projects. Grace was a contributor to the publication Designing and Planning for Flood Resiliency: Guidelines for NYC Parks. Previously, as an Associate at James Corner Field Operations, she was a designer on Waterfront Seattle, Freshkills Park, and Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Grace has dedicated her career to the planning, design, and construction of complex urban open spaces. She holds a Masters of Landscape Architecture from the University of Toronto and Bachelor of Science from Queen’s University.
