Angela Moreno-Long is a practicing landscape designer and researcher based in New York. Combining urban planning, placemaking, and landscape architecture, her work brings a dynamic understanding of social and ecological contexts to both public and private projects. She is currently an associate with LaGuardia Design Group in New York. Previously, Angela worked in the non-profit sector as Assistant Manager of the Citizens’
Institute on Rural Design, focused on community engagement and creative placemaking in rural America. Angela holds a Master in Landscape Architecture from Harvard University Graduate School of Design and a B.S. in Urban and Regional Studies, Cornell University.
