This course explores the vital role of play in human development and well-being, with an emphasis on the design of outdoor play environments. Participants will examine contemporary trends in playspace design including inclusive playgrounds, adventure and imaginative play areas and fitness-oriented structures. Combining theory with practical application, the course equips participants with the knowledge and skills to create engaging play spaces that support creativity, community connection and holistic development.
