Vertical concrete in the landscape can be achieved in many ways; shotcrete provides greater flexibility, a smaller carbon footprint, and a faster completed scope. Here you’ll learn the fundamentals of shotcrete, key components to specifying it, and how to advocate for it, and you’ll see its carbon savings with built work.

  • Become familiar with shotcrete as a structural and design solution; it’s more than just an inground pool.
  • Learn about the potential carbon savings with using shotcrete and see a case study of the same project with and without shotcrete.
  • Review the key performance indicators of the shotcrete specification.
  • Become fluent in the language of shotcrete; highlight the attributes of shotcrete to owners and contractors; develop workable details for successful implementation in the field.
