How do I request accessibility and/or special accommodations?

No one is required to disclose a disability or detailed explanation for a special accommodation, but we can better meet specific needs if we know well ahead of the conference that a reasonable disability-related accommodation will be needed.

ASLA respectfully asks that individuals needing accessibility and special accommodations provide us with advanced notice, when possible, and pertinent information during the registration process.

Additionally, please email ASLA staff at conferences@asla.org for accessibility and special accommodations requests by September 9, 2025. While we will do our best, arrangements cannot be guaranteed after this date.

For on-site accessibility and special accommodations questions, please visit the registration desk.
