Are there any items I should be sure to pack?
Pack for success! Some items we recommend packing for ASLA 2024 include comfy shoes, a reusable water bottle, professional attire, active attire for certain field sessions, a sketch book and writing utensil, and layers (the convention center rooms can be cold).
Is there WiFi at the Convention Center?
Yes! On your device search for available networks, select ‘MCCNOFREEWIFI,’ the network is open access (no password required).
When can I download the mobile app?
Download the ASLA 2024 mobile app to start building your schedule. Apple & Google Play Download (or search “ASLA Conference” in your app store)
To login, you need your registration email (username) and confirmation ID (password).
If you're having trouble with the app, please stop by the Mobile App Booth at the convention center Lobby B next to registration. The booth is staffed during registration hours.
Is there WiFi at the Convention Center?

How do I receive continuing education credits and access a certificate of completion?
Continuing education is tracked by session scans. Please make sure you scan into every education session. Using the conference mobile app, go to “Earn PDH” to complete the session evaluation for each session you attend. Once complete, you will be able to download your session certificates.
Do I need to sign in to report my attendance to AIA, ISA and/or the Florida DBPR?
You will not need to sign in at each education room. Please ensure your AIA, ISA, and/or your Florida license number is reported in your registration information. Attendance will be reported on your behalf post-conference.
What sessions require advance registration?
Deep dives sessions, field sessions, and L.A.R.E Prep workshops require advance registration. The General Session and 75-minute education sessions do not require registration, and are included in all registration categories except Guest, Exhibit Booth Personnel, EXPO Only, and Ticket Only. Concurrent education sessions are first come, first serve so show up early.
How do I buy a ticket for a field session or deep dive onsite?
Tickets for limited field sessions and deep dive sessions will be available onsite. Please reserve a ticket through your registration or onsite at Registration. There is no waitlist for sold out field sessions.
Are children allowed on the EXPO floor?
Yes, children are permitted in the EXPO during show hours, however, they must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children under 18 are admitted free of charge. Children under 18 are not permitted on the show floor during move-in or move-out or during non-show hours.
Is there an opportunity to earn continuing education in the EXPO?
Yes, PDH can be earned through Learning Labs. While these sessions are open to all EXPO attendees, priority will first be given to full registrants for those sessions with limited capacity. EXPO Only passholders are not eligible to earn professional development hours.
